- A customized training program
- 8 one-on-one training sessions with me for you to use anytime during postpartum (up to 1 year)

- 1 exercise science educational class that is pregnancy focused
- 1 exercise science educational class that is postpartum focused
- A customized training program
- 30 one-on-one training sessions with me for you to use anytime during pregnancy or postpartum (up to 1 year)

THE MAMA BEAR
$1700
This packages includes:
- 2-3 prenatal birth education classes (in person or virtual)
- Help with building your own birth plan
- Option of birth being vlogged
- Doula support during your birth
- 1-2 postpartum visits (in person or virtual)
- A customized meal plan each week during pregnancy and postpartum (up to 6 months)
- 50 personal training sessions to use at your disposal during pregnancy or postpartum
