I am a Marine Corps veteran turned birth doula, maternal nutritional counselor, and maternal personal trainer! I combine evidence-based support with genuine care so you can feel strong, informed, and deeply cared for through motherhood’s biggest transitions. I am a wife and mother of two. When I started my motherhood journey, I quickly discovered how little I actually knew about pregnancy and birth. It was scary and confusing trying to navigate through what I saw on social media and what was actually true. I connected with a doula who educated me and showed me how awesome pregnancy, birth and postpartum can truly be. It was because of her and going through two births myself that I became passionate about all things from pregnancy to postpartum.
I have always had a passion for healthy living, which is why I became a certified nutritionist first. Then my background in the military inspired my love for fitness where I even competed in women's bodybuilding. Once I became a mother and saw how little women are informed about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I immediately knew I wanted to be a doula and help educate and support other women! That's when I learned how all three things are connected! Doula-ing, nutrition, and fitness.
I truly love what I do, and whole heartedly believe that when you do what you love you never work a day in your life. I believe I can surprise you with how much your journey can be a positive, encouraging, and empowering experience.
